THE REFINEMENTS are a two tone ska tribute, with members in London and the Midlands. Brainchild of keyboard player Chris and drummer Rich, an idea was formed - a ska tribute band that both looked the part and sounded the part. Too many cover bands were poor imitations of the real thing.
What more can I say. The Funk Federation are brilliant. They made my party something really special. My family and friends will be talking about them for many years to come. I cannot recommend them enough. The dancing started with their first song and continued right through till their last. My only regret is not videoing the day so I could hear their music again and again. Thank you Funk Federation for a fabulous day and also making me the no.1 party organiser!!! THE TONI JAMES BAND has the ability to adapt in terms of size/number of musicians so can therefore can be booked as anything from a 4-piece group right up to 12 members or more. The standard line-up of the band consists of vocals, keyboards, bass and drums. This particular ensemble has been entertaining our audiences for many years; providing an energetic and super slick performance that will have everybody up dancing. The 6-piece band sees the addition of our infamous, dancing horn-section. We can literally keep growing depending on your requirements, so if you fancy the addition of guitar or a rapper, string section or percussion, we are more than happy to add this to our line-up.
From our first dance right through to the encore you ensured that the dancefloor was full and the bar empty. Seeing our guests enjoying themselves so much really enabled us to relax at the end of what had been a very long day. GROOVY REVOLUTION are different from other covers bands, in that they are always fun, unpredictable and never boring. This is especially evident in their medleys and 'mash-ups'. If you want something special or out of the ordinary at your venue or event, you should book this band. If you want your guests to dance, sing and laugh out loud, book the groovy revolution.
I highly recommend The Dawn Patrol as a band to play at weddings and dinner dances at our function hall. They are extremely talanted band who very much please the crowd with their wide variety of music and make great connection with party goers of all ages. They are the only band I am willing to suggest to clients for whatever their function is if they are looking for a party to remember.
